Design
The drawing or artistic idea can be the result of work carried out by architects or interior designers, but also a comparison between the customer and Ruggiero Palmieri's creative experience. The technical drawings are processed and studied by the Adriatica Sud staff and in many cases projected onto the floor to better understand construction techniques
Construction
The construction of the structure is organised by evaluating the entire surface area involved in the project and through mathematical calculations the numbers of tie-rods and uprights essential for the airtightness of the entire structure are identified. The loads must be properly distributed and in this case a detailed plan of the spacing of the steps of the various uprights is prepared. This work, depending on the case, can take place either on the ceiling, on the walls or on the floor.
Assembly
This very delicate process is carried out with particular care by the staff of Adriatica Sud as the tightness of the entire structure must be guaranteed. The operation creates a web of tie rods and uprights attached to the ceiling with functional hooks to hold loads and weights. A web that must be light and secure. This is followed by the installation of the plasterboard panels, which are shaped according to the desired design.
Once the finished height of the ceiling has been drawn and the support structure has been created, the plasterboard panels are fixed, the joints grouted and the chosen finish (from classic vinyl paint to decorative stucco) is applied.
Finishing
Once the entire metal structure and plasterboard have been assembled, we move on to the plastering and subsequent painting phase according to the architect's and interior designer's instructions.
For the construction of plasterboard ceilings Adriatica Sud uses only the best brands such as Knauf and Siniat and the best materials.
